Goodwill Foundation: What's Happening? September 2006 – Goodwill Foundation hires new Executive Director, Anthony Liller. Anthony Liller has been appointed the new Director of the Goodwill Foundation. Anthony comes to the Goodwill Foundation after 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. He holds an MBA from Averett University and a MS in Logistics Management through Florida Institute of Technology. Anthony has served as the Executive Director for the Upstate Toys for Tots Foundation for the last three years as well as the Commanding Officer for the Upstate Young Marines.
